Toni, my wife of 40 years (!) live in Boca Raton, Fla. going on
33 years, have raised two children, Alison now 35 yrs and Matthew 26 yrs old (no grandchildren, yet). After NYU med school, I stayed in NY at Bellevue Hospital, went to Stanford Un. for a short-time and finished training at NYU. Been in the service (Army) as a physician during the Vietnam experience (been there) and followed the sunshine to Florida to practice.
I've practiced medical oncology and hematology in Florida for nearly 33 years, can't believe it, and am looking to slowing down, if not frank retirement at the end of 2008. I'm particularly proud of achieving an executive MPH degree from Columbia Un. School of Public Health. Interests are: cycling, drawing, Renaissance art, time invested in helping our medical community to integrate medical students from the University of Miami. My wife taught youngsters in a Jewish day school for nearly 15 years and is involved in AIPAC.
Of course, much else has happened to fill out the framework described above. I am delighted to be involved in the reunion process. Arnold D Berliner February, 2007
