Lucy and Dinah are coonhounds - rescued from the Carolinas. They were picked up, fixed, and sent north by car relays to a rescue organization in the capitol district called Homeward Bound.  We thought they were puppies - they were each about 15 lbs - only to discover they already had their adult teeth.  The vet predicted they would always be small, however here they are at 72 and 65 lbs, normal for coonhounds!  Our best guess is that they are now about 2 1/2 yrs. old.  (I've had them for two years.)
